Dr. Russell Shane Carr, MD

Russell Shane Carr, MD, welcomes patients of all ages with a wide range of health conditions. Families are able to get back to their routine following personalized care from Dr. Carr.  

Dr. Carr believes preventative medicine is the cornerstone of medical care.

Dr. Carr graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his clinical residency at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is certified in family medicine by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons.

Away from the clinic, Dr. Carr enjoys fishing, gardening, reading and spending time with his family.

He is married and the father of three.
